柏建军，男，1983年10月出生，山东莱芜人，毕业于2012年浙江大学控制科学与工程专业博士毕业。主要研究方向：鲁棒控制、网络控制系统、多机器人系统。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，发表论文10余篇。
